Shipping Policy

At EmbroPrints, we specialize in delivering high-quality digital embroidery digitizing and vector art files. Since all our services are digital, there is no physical shipping involved.

1. Digital Delivery Only

All completed files are delivered electronically via email or through a secure download link. You will receive your files in commonly used formats such as .DST, .PES, .EXP, .PDF, .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or other formats based on your request.

2. Turnaround Time

Our standard delivery time is within 12–24 hours after receiving a confirmed order with complete design details. Urgent or same-day delivery can be arranged upon request (additional charges may apply).

3. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your files are ready. If you do not receive your files within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder first or contact us immediately.

4. Incorrect Email Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and working email address. EmbroPrints is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or unreachable email addresses.

5. File Re-Send Requests

If you lose your files or accidentally delete the email, we are happy to resend the original files at no additional charge. Please provide your order number or email address used during checkout.

6. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical products. All services and products are delivered electronically. If you are expecting a tangible product, please note that this is not part of our service offering.
