Frequently Asked Questions
INSTRUCTION TO BUY AND DOWNLOAD
It’s fairly SIMPLE.
Step 1: Click on “ADD TO CART” on the files you want to purchase.
Step 2: Once done adding the files, click the “CHECK-OUT” tab.
At the check-out page enter you billing details. Please ensure you input a correct email address; your purchased files will also be auto sent there.
Step 3: Click PROCEED TO PAYPAL complete payment. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to buy, PayPal will give you an option to use your credit/debit card. Just enter your email address on PayPal page whether you have or don’t have PayPal account. PayPal will guide you on how to seamlessly complete the Payment.
►After payment you will automatically be redirected to a Downloads page where you can download the files. Click on the file to download.
► The files will automatically be delivered to your email as well. We strongly advise you to check your spam or trash email inbox because occasionally emails get misplaced there.
The file will automatically be decompressed into the same folder as the downloaded ZIP.
How to unzip files on a Mac
1. Double click the downloaded ZIP folder.
2. The file will automatically be decompressed into the same folder as the downloaded ZIP.
How to unzip files on iPhone or iPad
1. Open the Files app, then find the downloaded ZIP folder.
2. Tap on the ZIP folder.
3. A folder will be made containing your files.

Yes, absolutely! You can use the designs on physical items. Please note that you may not use, upload or sell these designs on any print on demand website like Zazzle, Amazon Merch, Teespring,
Spreadshirt or any other dropship design and upload site.
Yes, backups are available. You can request for your design file if you lost it.

Our graphic resources come as AI, EPS, JPG and PNG files.
